Changelog

[0.20.0] - July 30, 2026

Features

  • Publish to LinkedIn from Riley: Connect one or more personal LinkedIn accounts, preview posts, and publish from chat, Content, and Notifications. Share publish access across workspaces so teammates can publish as a connected account.
  • Campaigns: Schedules are now Campaigns. Bind a Campaign to a LinkedIn “Publish as” account and auto-publish due posts (or get a confirm-live prompt when no connection is available).
  • Calendar polish: Slot UX improvements, Live View LinkedIn links, and related Campaign/calendar refinements.

[0.19.0] - July 27, 2026

Features

  • Notifications inbox: A Pending / Upcoming / Live panel on the calendar home, derived from Campaigns and content pieces (expired slots, needs piece, needs confirm, missing visual, published, and more).
  • Inline resolve actions: Dismiss, reschedule, publish, or mark published without leaving the inbox. Deep-links open the right slot or create-content chat flow.
  • Weekday digest email: Optional email summary of the same Pending / Upcoming / Live items, with Account opt-out.

Improvements

  • Filters for focus type, platform, urgency, and owner (default Owner = Me).
  • Unseen badges on Upcoming / Live, skeleton loading, and a short client tick so urgency updates without a full reload.
  • Persist notification dismissals so dismissed items stay gone across sessions.

[0.18.0] - July 22, 2026

Features

  • What's New: In-app announcements in the sidebar with per-user seen state, media, and CTAs so you catch major releases without hunting the changelog.
  • Owner filters: See who created content pieces and Campaigns; filter Content by owner.

[0.17.0] - July 22, 2026

Features

  • Calendar home: / is now the calendar. Chat lives at /chat. Plan Campaigns with colors, recurrence, per-platform timing, timezones, and occurrence pills with traffic-light status.
  • Content library: Save chat outputs as content pieces with platform mockups (grid by default), visuals carousel, in-page editing, and team tags.
  • Live Examples context-pills: Structured Examples pills that resolve from your Content library with filters for status, platform, date, Campaign, and tags. Social imports save structured Examples (last 12 months; X replies excluded).

Improvements

  • Sidebar navigation with Calendar, Content, and a collapsible Context Pills section.
  • Composer @ mentions stay in sync with context sidebar selection.

[0.16.1] - July 16, 2026

Features

  • Riley Voice: A branded model alias so you can write with Riley’s recommended voice without seeing the underlying model identity.

Improvements

  • Stronger writing-quality system prompt and clearer voice-context delivery for more consistent, on-brand drafts.

[0.16.0] - July 15, 2026

Improvements

  • Riley glass design system: Liquid-glass surfaces across the app — composer, pickers, sidebar, dropdowns, auth, nudges, and empty states — plus reusable Riley UI primitives.
  • Environment-specific favicons so production, staging, and local tabs are easy to tell apart.

[0.15.3] - July 9, 2026

Improvements

  • Routes and user-facing copy use context-pills (URLs under /context-pills).
  • Onboarding accepts any two URLs, so you can start with the sources you already have.

[0.15.2] - June 23, 2026

Features

  • Bloom image generation: Generate brand-aware images in chat (when enabled for your account), with download and copy actions.
  • Instagram import: Bring Instagram writing into onboarding and context-pill creation alongside LinkedIn, X, and websites.

Improvements

  • Clarifying questions are limited to the start of a chat, share one flow in multi-model mode, and include Skip so you can continue with inferred context.
  • Save action for feedback comments so useful notes are easier to keep.

[0.15.1] - June 2026

Features

  • Riley MCP + API keys: Connect external agents to Riley with team-scoped API keys. Manage keys from Account; API-generated chats stay out of your normal chat list.
  • Email preferences: Opt out of product and campaign emails; renewal and founder-feedback campaigns with clearer branding.

Improvements

  • Name field on Background context-pills for company or person clarity.
  • Markdown preview in context-pill editors.
  • Feedback button in the user menu.

[0.15.0] - May 2026

Features

  • Target platforms: Pick platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Blog, Email) and a length tier before generating. Riley can return structured per-platform cards in one pass.
  • Chat context filters: Narrow which context-pills apply to a conversation.
  • Onboarding email campaign: Automated tips after signup; signup notifications for the team.

Improvements

  • Motion polish across the chat UI.
  • Prefetch of sidebar context-pills and chats for snappier navigation.
  • Super-admin unlimited access with an Admin sidebar badge.

[0.14.0] - March 3, 2026

Features

  • Context-pill roles that match intent: Renamed “System, User, Assistant” to Background Knowledge, Examples, and Style Guides.
    • Style Guides: Behavior and tone instructions (injected in the system prompt).
    • Background Knowledge: Company and product context (injected into the first user message with caching).
    • Examples: Reference texts for style imitation (retrieved via tools).
  • Drag & drop file import: Drag files onto chat or the context-pill editor to bulk-import them. Review name, handle, and category before saving. Supports .md, .txt, .csv, .pdf, and .docx.

[0.13.4] - March 2, 2026

Improvements

  • Auto-collapse on send: The sidebar auto-collapses on desktop when you send a message.
  • Sidebar toggle UX: Clearer collapse/expand controls and icons.
  • Unified feedback in all chats: Highlights, inline comments, and like/dislike work across single-model and multi-model chats in the default mode.
  • Refine mode removed: Refine features moved into the default mode.

[0.13.3] - February 26, 2026

Fixes

  • Claude tool calls: Updated the OpenRouter provider to fix “Provider returned error” on Claude models when using tools without arguments.

Improvements

  • Reasoning effort: GPT models use medium reasoning effort so writing starts faster, with little quality loss for writing tasks.
  • Sticky model header: In multi-model mode, each response card’s model name stays visible while you scroll.

[0.13.2] - February 26, 2026

Features

  • Floating model navigation: Switch between models in long multi-model responses without scrolling back to the top. Tracks the exchange you are reading; the scroll-to-bottom control moves aside so nothing overlaps.

Improvements

  • Persistent voice DNA: Analyzed voice context stays for the rest of the conversation even if the context-pill is not mentioned again.
  • Feedback loop: Comments are treated as sacred — exact wording first, less unnecessary formatting, cleaner publishable drafts.
  • Context-pill editor layout: Drafts control sits in the header next to the role selector.

[0.13.1] - February 26, 2026

Improvements

  • Stream error notifications: Toasts when OpenRouter returns errors (for example credit limits), with a clear path to contact support.

[0.13.0] - February 25, 2026

Features

  • Refine mode: Highlight parts of a response, leave comments, and like or dislike the overall output so the model can iterate.
  • Style guide export: After refining, generate a system prompt that captures the feedback and tone for future chats (Refine mode).

[0.12.1] - February 23, 2026

Improvements

  • Long context-pills: Save and action buttons stay fixed and visible.
  • Onboarding clarity: Dedicated steps that explain what context-pills are and how categories differ.
  • Context-pill guidance: Placeholder copy for what to include in each category.
  • Creating context-pills: Empty state with a clear CTA; Add New stays visible instead of hover-only.
  • Model selection: Last selected models persist as the default for new chats.

[0.12.0] - February 18, 2026

Features

  • Multi-format import: Import CSV, PDF, DOCX, TXT, and MD into context-pills.
  • Onboarding: Guided tour to get started.
